      Great culture. A company that truly values its employees as well as their opinions in all aspects. Myriad opportunities for growth and advancement, especially for educated individuals and those who show that they want to succeed and prove they are capable of such. Reasonable hours, benefits and compensation. Changes and challenges are constant but this is what contributes to our growth as employees and as a company. I have learned SO much since joining Extra Space and there are a number of resources available for training, etc. Not to mention our learning and development team is awesome!

      Cons

      The only complaint I can think of is that it seems as though district managers are typically hired externally now. It wasn't always this way. If you are able to get a district manager position from within, you must first be a DTL, but sometimes DTL positions can be hard to come by...
