Great job with good benefits. I have worked here full time for almost 3 years. Lots to do to stay busy, but not much stress. This is a company that really cares about their employees.

Cons

I can't think of any reason someone would not like it here unless they just don't want to work.

Pros

Fantastic hours and every Sunday off! Monthly bonuses and great pay. The employees are listened to and some pretty great improvements came from employees in the field.

Cons

The medical insurance cost is pretty high. I can't think of any other cons for Extra Space it is a great job.

Wonderful family-like culture, clear focuses from CEO and we promote internal growth. Lots of professional growth opportunities if you're in Salt Lake City. CEO is an incredible individual that exudes our company's culture and values. He knows you by name and is thoroughly invested in the growth of our company and the treatment of our customers.

Cons

A lot of travel within the corporate field positions and 60-70 hr work weeks 75% of the time. The pay for a learning manager is not as competitive as it is in other industries.
