      Pros

      Extra Space is a company with integrity. They have consistently delivered outstanding performance. They are a growing, thriving company with lots of opportunities. They care about their employees, ask for your best work, and celebrate successes together. It's a great group of people who work hard and have fun.

      Cons

      There are not many cons, management listens and acts upon ideas and improvement areas. With the innovative nature of the company there is a lot of change making it hard to adapt for some employees.

      Extra Space Storage is a value driven company that is committed to providing an excellent product and great customer service. There several reasons that I can give to convey why I enjoy working here. Great participatory environment that provides a a daily challenge to achieve winning results. This company truly values their customers, employees and vendors. Several vehicles for recognizing the achievement of outstanding results and performance that would be considered above and beyond what is expected.

      Cons

      Some might look at performing outside tasks during the winter months as a downside. But I say if you dress appropriately for the weather its not bad at all.

      Pros

      Big corporation that you can transfer to different sites or states. Bonus can be good but all depends on sites.

      Cons

      Highly demanding job for customer service. The higher ups don't know what it's like to actual work at a store or it's been years since they have. Only interaction the site has is the district manager. most are controlling, and degrading to employees. We are the workers that have to do everything and are reminded we are replaceable.
