Not Just a office job

Pros

The hours (out by 6 m-f and 530 on Saturday No Sundays). The pay is good compared to some other storage facilities.

Cons

It is not a Con but a FYI... This is not just an office job you have to go out and clean units (sweep, wipe down walls make sure if the customer has not already done so remove all items from the unit. The property is yours to take care of make sure that you get vendors in for landscaping and other maintenance. There is always work to do outside (wiping down doors, sweeping, mopping halls).

Pros

The culture within the organization is absolutely fantastic. The leaders of the company put a high value on their team members and know that people are their biggest asset. Good upward advancement opportunities. Solid income with opportunity for growth. Lots of people here that you want to work for, not have to work for.

Cons

More hours than what was originally communicated, but still very manageable.

Great hours, good pay, great people, great leadership, easy advancement, treat their employees with respect and fairness.

Cons

Can be long wait times to get items fixed which can make customers unhappy. In their defense most of the time it is either due to vendors or waiting for 3rd party owners to approve.
