Never the same day twice, great training, fair pay, benefits. Better job than I thought it would be. Best part for me, coming from a retail background- NO NIGHTS!!

Cons

Dealing with people going through life transitions is not for everyone. Auctions feel like I am kicking people when they are down at their lowest point. Very sad to see people just like me struggling to financially survive have everything they own sold to the highest bidder-especially when the bids are so low.
