      Pros

      Extra Space Storage is a fast growing company so there are a lot of opportunities that open up and they encourage employees growth in the company. Employees are recognized on a regular basis for accomplishments.

      Cons

      If you are not comfortable with change, this is not the company for you. We are constantly changes processes to keep up with a changing market and the increased growth.

      Pros

      Company cares about its employees and makes them feel like family. They give us an uniform/shoe allowance. They want to hear our feedback and how things are going. They want us to love our job which makes it easy to love it. They make sure our sites have everything they need and if we don't have it they get us it. They are improving our systems everyday.

      Cons

      Working Holidays are tough, since most people have families they want to be with. Compensation could be a bit better, but I have a job and wont complain too much :)

      Pros

      Well run company who strives to provide exceptional customer experience by maintaining & investing in it's stores. Training programs are thorough, focused but also designed to be accessible to employees on their own. There are opportunites to make your thoughts/ideas known and employees are given support to advance if they choose to.

      Cons

      You have to learn to be extremely organized due to all it entails to run a store. It can get extremely busy and if we are short handed which can be frustrating you may not get to accomplish all you set ou to do on a regular basis. However, if you are on top of everything and prioritize it's not a huge issue.
