      Pros

      Great hours, I still get out early enough to do anything else I want. They promote from within, work hard and they'll reward you for it. Salary is according to workmanship. Friendly co-workers and super helpful management. I honestly wished I applied earlier in life!

      Cons

      Honestly there's isn't anything bad about the job. It's a pretty simple job, it's a mixture of customer service representative and a handyman.

      **Sometimes Sundays Off **Paid Mileage **Get to outside and Do Inside work. **Get to work with best Coworkers!

      Cons

      **The Raises should be on Dollar scale vs Cents. **Insurance should be affordable and should have more coverage to it. **My pay is ridiculously low to the amount of work I actually do. My DM'S have been very interactive but don't like the sneakiness that comes with them. And when you go to them about raises and money they laugh it off, but say keep up the great work though! ** They say you can go up but higher up's like to kick you back down. Its very sad when you have better numbers then your Manager but you still are not recognized. **Policies are constantly changing, as well as job description. **Wish they actually listened to our opinions vs only worry about red and green spread sheets. **Not allowed to have Overtime. **Incentive for Assistants SUCK!!

      So many positives: Sundays off, focus on developing internal talent, clearly defined goals, and the tools need to achieve them. If you love people, want to enjoy what you do, and have a great work life balance, then you need to work here!!
