      Pros

      Company seems to really care about it's employees. Upper management often spends time in the field. Great work/ life balance. Although you work very hard sometimes, it's fair. Customer centric.

      Cons

      Sometimes you work alone too much. Wish actual sites were more secure.

      Company really respects work life balance. The pay is competitive to the market.

      Some of the benefits could be improved such as cost of insurance, and PTO (sick balance separate from vacation)

      Pros

      I get to work with many sharp and high thinking individuals who continuously help me to improve. There is never a dull day, my work is ever changing and fast paced which I enjoy, I feel fulfilled at the end of each work day. I can visually see the help I'm providing and how my work is benefiting my team and it motivates me to do more and improve. I feel that people care about me as a person and professional. The Store Support Center office has been renovated and I work in a beautiful place.

      Cons

      My commute is longer than I'd prefer, but that's more of a personal problem. I have not come across many cons in the past six months that I've been a part of Extra Space.
