      Pros

      I love this company, I have never worked for a company that has such a great team builder, helpful team, they provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in a company. I want to move up. Hopefully to SM soon. Manager & DM are working with me to grow with the company.

      Cons

      So far there is no Downside to my job. I enjoy working for this company so far. I have Learned so much.

      I have been here almost a year and after having such bad luck with jobs I am happy to say I LOVE MY JOB! The hours are great and love having Sundays off. I really enjoy everyone I work with they are always happy to help. We are a big family here and all stay connected. I really enjoy the customer service side. There is never a slow time, we always have customers or projects going on. We do at least one event a year as a district, I have even met the CEO! I would recommend this job to anyone who is hard working and really enjoys people. You will have a ton of stories to share during your time with Extra Space storage. I also really like that we are expanding so quickly, there is always opportunity popping up to move up.

      Cons

      Only thing I could complain on is cleaning... but it varies from store to store. It really is not too bad in most stores, but this is something you are made aware of before taking the job so you already know what you are signing up for. A lot of times I enjoy it, makes the day go by faster. Plus they do everything they can to make your job easier for you. They really do care.

      The Manager has the ability to live on site, and the salary is not too bad.

      Cons

      This Company doesn't seem to value the long term employees. Advancement Opportunities are very limited. Quality of District Managers could be much better.
