Pros
Great hours, we see our store numbers and metrics each day, we maintain the property like it is our own. I get lots of great exercise working here! I also work daily with one other person. My trainer and my Store Manager are excellent and help me every day with any questions I may have. The benefits are wonderful and you may receive monthly bonuses. I do a lot of work on the property, but also do a lot of selling to customers. As we are a very customer centric company, Extra Space gives you plenty of tools to help you meet monthly goals, and satisfy customer needs. We work as a team, and let it be known that working here creates a wonderful opportunity for personal growth.
