Pros
I only discovered Extra Space because of a digital marketing conference I was attending where their SEO manager was speaking. I saw that Extra Space isn't just a storage company but a tech company. They are doing some pretty amazing things here and it feels awesome to be apart of. It's nice to be surrounded by talented people because I know that it's going to rub off on me. Someone that I've never talked to walked past my desk and knew my name. That's not something you get to experience often.
Cons
Honestly, the only thing I can think of is that its taken awhile for the Help Desk team to respond to a couple of requests I've had which isn't even that bad.
