Pros

Extra Space has a great work environment, it is pretty laid back and enjoyable. The people are great to work with, and management is very down to earth and let you "do your thing" without looking over your shoulder. In the accounting department we regularly have fun activities, and have opportunities to get to know each other and build friendships. The company cares about each employee.

Cons

There is a considerable turn over in the accounting department.
