Equal work rights. Extra space Make it easy for you to feel as if your apart of the team from the beginning. The company cares about how your viewed and treated. Training is sufficient and easy as long as your good with following instructions. Giving equal opportunity to grow in this company and become a better Leader to better assist your team.

Cons

Not being able to decorate the office for the holidays. Not being able to denote PTO directly to whom we want. If a team member needs PTO and doesnt have I feel we should have a choice whom we are denoting our time too.
