Great company values. Great leaders & peers. Many interesting aspects of the job. Good opportunity to earn bonus at DM and store level. There is a definite want to focus on developing talent internally. The company and leaders truly care about the internal and external customer.

Cons

Communication and tasks come in too many ways. Benefits could be better - they are pricey and many providers are not in network.
