      Pros

      Management takes their time to teach you the ropes. Hours are great, I still get out with enough time to do anything else I want. The job it is easy. They promote from within. They reward those that work.

      Cons

      Honestly there isn't any cons. The job is a mixture of Customer Service + Handyman + Cleaning.

      Extra Space Storage is a fast growing company so there are a lot of opportunities that open up and they encourage employees growth in the company. Employees are recognized on a regular basis for accomplishments.

      Cons

      If you are not comfortable with change, this is not the company for you. We are constantly changes processes to keep up with a changing market and the increased growth.

      Pros

      Well run company who strives to provide exceptional customer experience by maintaining & investing in it's stores. Training programs are thorough, focused but also designed to be accessible to employees on their own. There are opportunites to make your thoughts/ideas known and employees are given support to advance if they choose to.

      Cons

      You have to learn to be extremely organized due to all it entails to run a store. It can get extremely busy and if we are short handed which can be frustrating you may not get to accomplish all you set ou to do on a regular basis. However, if you are on top of everything and prioritize it's not a huge issue.
