There are not that many companies in this day and age that keep you exhilarated and energized each and every day. With constant change to keep us on top of our game in our industry, Extra Space Storage has clear and consistent direction from the CEO down to the newest hire. It is wonderful to be a part of a constantly expanding enterprise that offers a lot of opportunity for those that apply themselves and take the initiative for greatness. Cons
In any great company, it is always comprised of a lot of great associates. This makes it a lot more challenging to move ahead since there is so much talent to compete with. On the flipside, this makes me that much more focused and energized to deliver excellence!
