      Pros

      This company is amazing! They go above and beyond for their employees. Giving everyone the same opportunity for success. They work hard for us and as an employee, I am confident in the business and what we do. I would stand behind this company 100% as I feel they would do the same for me. This is a family environment. We stick together. I know that whenever we hire, I will be telling all of my family and friends to apply! They pay top dollar even though I work at a call center- Not very many people get paid what I do.

      Cons

      The benefits! No so much the benefits but the cost of the benefits. They are outrageous!

      Pros

      Great work ethics, amazing team and talented coaches. Much passion for helping others, storage is actually a big deal. Great, competitive pay, you could support a family.

      Cons

      I would say the commission scale could use some work. The commission you lose for numbers that aren't always in your control seems unfair. Not much of a chance to move up in the call center, but throughout the company there are plenty. The late shift is not exactly convenient, but it works really well if you don't have a family. It feels like the company is being too driven by investors and that we may be slipping toward a greedy mode.
