      The office space is outdated, it would be nice to have more current office space. not enough women in management

      Pros

      The greatest asset this company offers is its work culture. I have never felt more connected to others in the workplace. The time that is given on each individual's growth and development has been excellent. I love the dedication this company has given me, and in return I am ever dedicated to Extra Space.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, there runs a risk of losing some of that great culture that makes Extra Space a great place to work. What is natural to growth is the difficulty it is to stay and feel connected with everyone.

      Pros

      Great pay and commission. Inbound calls only. Customers already need what we have, easy to sell. Fun interaction with co-workers. Leadership that wants to see each person do the best they can and make the most commission.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for advancement with-in the call center.
