      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. They are constantly trying to make improvements and grow. It's a service that will always be in demand and therefore, it's not a dying industry. They also treat their employees fairly.

      Cons

      This isn't really a con, but due to technology always advancing, sometimes when staff start to just start to adjust to a new program, something new and improved comes along and the process starts over again.

      Nice company. Management treats employees with respect. Pay seems above average for the industry.

      Cons

      Most sites only have 2-3 employees so coverage is tough when you are sick and can't make it to work.

      They are open to ideas and create a team feel for a district. They invest heavily in technology and look for opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      I came to this company thinking I was going to make Extra Space a career, but I no longer feel that there are any positions attainable above the store level. I have seen others promoted, so I understand this may just be my perspective.
