Pros

Some positions include an on-site apartment. CEO will listen to concerns at round table meetings. You need to be proactive about these concerns.

Cons

Upper management will retaliate against anyone who questions their methods. They were violating federal law by failing to pay overtime. This was challenged and after Federal investigation, was resolved. Anyone involved was removed from the company directly or through attrition.

Flexible hours. Nice and Friendly sales agents.

Cons

Huge turnover which is normal for a call center. Lots of drama, favoritism and low wages. Your are incouraged to reach a certain percentage of sales and if you don't you will be let go. Do not work here unless you like to be micromanaged and treated like a child.
