Pros

Good pay and commissions if you are a top sales agent. They try to make fun work environment by playing music and games between calls. Most people working there are nice.

Cons

Very stressful work environment. You receive sales updates on every hours. They send you home for part of the day if you are not performing up to their standard. They treat you great if you are top performer, but badly if you don't meet their very high expectations. Very high turnover. Have to work weekends. Benefits are not good.

Extra Space has a wonderful, supportive company culture. They train and develop their employees and 75% of their positions are promoted from within. They are very open and transparent with their employees and make everyone feel like they are a part of the team.

Cons

No real negatives, I have had a great experience here.
