Responsive management team. Wonderful work team. Extra Space hires quality people and competitive on compensation.Great CEO who steers the company well.

Cons

Office politics often impede things from getting done. Nepotism. Hard work is rewarded with a pat on the back without much substantiation.

Awesome monthly incentive for top performers! You'll be working with high caliber people! All the calls are Inbound, so there no prospecting! It's a Fun Place to Work!

Cons

It can be stressful to hit your daily quotas! Turnover is high, especially for low performers! If your not a good closer, you won't last very long! Some of the team leads are better than others!
