      Pros

      The pay was ok, benefits were ok, they treated some of their people very well and others not so much

      Cons

      There's no down time, they will call you if you're a management at any time day or night. The longer you're there the less you are respected. They used you untill you almost going to drop. Before Extra Space Storage came and purchased Storage USA that was owned by GE this was a wonderful place!! Honestly then - there was nothing to that was a con.

      easy job, not very challenging, pretty simple tasks. I would recommend to any college graduate looking for an easy job

      Cons

      It has very low pay, they are not flexible with scheduling, managers are often very dumb and annoying, noone really knows anything
