I have been here 2 years and I absolutely love working for this company. I have the best Senior DM ever that is very caring about the employees. The hours are great and our management team is GREAT! Incentives and bonuses are good as well!!!

The culture of this company is unlike anything I have every seen. When I first started, I interviewed with my district manager who seemed to care for his employees a lot. I thought maybe I just got lucky. Then I started meeting some of the other employees and realized it was the whole district. I thought "cool", maybe I just got a great district. As I worked more over the last couple years, and started helping in other states, districts, and divisions, it is all over the company. It is incredible how much everyone works together! And the leadership is always looking out for their teams!

Cons

None! Honestly... nothing! I don't have a single bad thing to say about this company.
