Whether you need it or not extra space storage provides a great environment for learning and support all while keeping an impressive work-life balance that not many companies offer, Since I've been with the company I've managed to feel comfortable enough to not only look forward to come to work but to get the satisfaction that I'm helping customers with the tools that I've learned while being here,

Cons

At times it can feel like as a team we are a bit stretched thin. On average there are one to two workers at any given time in a site, So if there is a unexpected call-out or coverage needed at another location. It throws a wrench in the daily or weekly plans and forces an excess workload for a site when it happens.
