      Carts to use. Climate controlled. Clean bathrooms always stocked.

      Customers use more carts than they need and employees have to hunt down carts for other customers

      Pros

      I have never worked for a better company before. The benefits alone are awesome even the suggestions that are taken from us and they are actually taken in consideration from the higher up is amazing as well.

      Cons

      The only con that I hear about this company ever is the price increases that are not set to a certain rate, Personally I have never had an issue myself with the company, even when I had to be in the hospital for 10 days unexpectedly I never had to worry about my job being at risk.

      Pros

      The pay is great, you get paid time off, you work with wonderful group of people, you build your communication skills, you learn how to handle difficult situations, and you work in a clean/well kept environment.

      Cons

      You have to commute to multiple work sites throughout the week, you sometimes have to have difficult conversations with tenants, and you may find yourself with more tasks than you can handle at one time.
