I wish I had found Extra Space years ago!

Pros

The pay is great, you get paid time off, you work with wonderful group of people, you build your communication skills, you learn how to handle difficult situations, and you work in a clean/well kept environment.

Cons

You have to commute to multiple work sites throughout the week, you sometimes have to have difficult conversations with tenants, and you may find yourself with more tasks than you can handle at one time.

Paid time off, a few national holidays off every year, always a full time set schedule, No late nights-always off by 6pm on weekdays and off at 5:30pm on Saturdays, and monthly bonuses depending on your sales from previous month.

Cons

Customer interactions can be hard depending on the situation and where you may work, but that is also with any customer service job. You need to be sure your good at de-escalating situations if needed.
