Extra Space is one of the best company to work for and for growth opportunities. They really want you to be successful and they provide the extra training to help you be successful. They have an amazing mentor program where they pair agents with a mentor to work one on one to help agents hit their goals and to be successful within the company. They truly care about their Employees and want everyone to succeed. They have amazing benefits and not only do they have PTO (Paid Time Off) they also give you ETO as well. (Emergency Time Off)
