Pros
A few nice coworkers, always have hours, and free lunch occasionally. They also reimburse for gas if you work other sites.
Cons
Extremely demanding, physically exhausting, exposure to unsafe chemicals and working conditions, working alone, no one to cover you if you are sick or injured, you do everything from being a debt collector and administrative work to being a janitor, security guard and maintenance person, you feel unsafe having all your customers know your full name when you are paid to harass them to pay their overdue storage bills. The company harasses employees to get Google reviews from everyone. I was even told to ask bank employees to write reviews when I go to the bank to make deposits. If you don’t meet all your metrics they make you attend virtual hour long meetings in addition to your regular work. They make you go to various sites to help out.
