Ever since they merged with Life storage everything is much worse, and its not worth working at a part-time level or at all. They took away bonuses and everything else that made LS a better overal company,

It was 30 years of not working in the cooperate world. Between the Army and Federal Civil Services. I will say this I have enjoyed work for ESS. My DM and DVP are outstanding

Cons

Seems like it take a long time to get stuff fixed when it is done on a Contract. Example: I have a new gate to the east of my office. This gate was put in to give customer access to the units and parking on the east side. The gate has been in place now for 3 weeks and still it is not fully operational. No key pad and the NOKEY system.
