Pros

CEO is personable and caring, IT dept has liberty to train on new products, IT Management is great. I work with many different departments, and every person respects each other. Best job I have had in the past 10 years, and would be longer albeit for the Cons listed here.

Cons

Benefits are on the expensive side. They do offer HSA and HMO options, but they are expensive compared to other IT companies in SL and Utah. Lots of turnover in HR, so I never know who to talk to.

Pros

Good work/life balance. I like who I work with. Good focus of work tasks. Competitive Salary.

Cons

It takes too long to accumulate PTO hours. You have to work here 5 years before you can earn at a faster rate. Suggest changing the tenure to 3 years to earn at a faster rate. Insurance is pricey for what you get. HSA is good.

There is a real sense of camaraderie on our teams. We have the full support of our management and we are doing meaningful work that is mission critical to the company's future. I like that we have clearly defined career paths and a personal development plan. We are encouraged to work on certifications. I like the focus on team ownership of quality and innovation.

Cons

I would like to see more collaboration across departments. More shared vision and goals.
