Company has a great culture from top to bottom. Good level of senior management transparency. Great work life balance. Willingness to change and adopt. Not afraid to explore new ideas. They do not over work employees.

Cons

It may feel a little slow for some of you.

Pros

Benefits, schedule, bonus, room for advancement, simple, given all the tools necessary to do a great job. Basically, you rent units following a certain sales process and in between, you're cleaning and conducting basic property maintenance needs as they arise.

Cons

Understaffed, sometimes travel between sites is necessary, can be sweaty work and busy in the summer.
