Cons

The workplace is disorganized and lacks accessible support. Training is confusing and overly complex, making it difficult to understand. Shifts are long with heavy workloads that must be completed in a short time, often without assistance. Supervisors are unwilling to provide help, and cleaning must be done despite insufficient supplies. The environment is stressful and hostile, with unrealistic goals that are nearly impossible to meet. There is no paid sick time, very limited PTO that is difficult to use, and employees are required to work outside regular business hours.
