Working Saturday but we DO get Sunday off so I guess there's not really a "con" there.

This is one of the best company I have work for, the flexible schedule allows me to plan my days since I know my days off for months in advance. this is a fun place to work great team work lots of incentives to motivate you. The training is excellent they make sure you are confident before you start working on your own, there is always people to help you when ever is needed. I highly recommend working for Extra Space Storage.
