Pros

Free coffee in the office. Nothing else.

Cons

The CEO purposely drove the company bankrupt. He saved his own skin by robbing every single investor (workforce included). Farfetch is delusional if it think that 500M will be enough. The management will just burn through it like all the other loans.

Pros

- Company that takes care of its employees - Great benefits and working conditions - CEO who has a vision, values, and tries to diffuse this everywhere - Good business outlook on the long terms (luxury online market) - Departments others than Store of the Future look healthy

Cons

- CEO surrounded by toxic leaders for Store of the Future - No direction, no financial viability, lots of people that bring no value and take energy away for Store of the Future - Dishonest / Misleading Store of the future management that lead to problems and pressure for all mid management and workers in this division - Nothing was really done in order to change Store of the future situation, some people tried to alert, but leadership from other departments in the end let things happened. Always wonder what CEO knew about the reality on the ground, why some things did happen, why some things never changed / took too much time to change

Pros

-good discount -coworkers are cool -fairly inclusive

Cons

this company has some of the worst/shadiest policies and practices I've ever seen, the customer service department makes the least amount of money but does the most work/takes all of the harassment from customers and are expected to just take it to make the customer happy. company had multiple layoffs in just one year, which is a huge red flag in itself. almost zero room for growth, lots of empty promises, terrible for your mental health, took away all of the (very rare) perks CS had
