      I loved it, but left because of progression limitations

      Pros

      By far the best company culture of anywhere I’ve ever worked. It was a great team and despite the challenges it was a place I really enjoyed working at. It’s a great place to learn and develop and the company mission was something I really got behind

      Cons

      For me there was limited career progression which was why I ultimately left. The company restructure had a lot of teething issues and they are currently losing a lot of good people. Salaries are not particularly competitive with the rest of the market.

      Pros

      As a new starter I've found the culture to be highly collaborative and respectful, with excellent support available at every level and an authentic commitment to company values and goals. The business and it's people came strongly recommended by trusted contacts prior to joining, sentiments which have been echoed by both new colleagues as well as former colleagues now working in competing businesses globally.

      Progressive and open to adapt

      Pros

      - Open to adapt to current changes - Trust their employees and empower them - Provide available channels to learn - Managers are people like everyone else, they don’t assume a position of ruling power, they get down and dirty to make things happen

      Cons

      For now I have not seen anything worth mentioned, otherwise I wouldn’t be here.
