It is only week three for me, however everyone who I have met so far is welcoming, friendly, inclusive and supportive! It's great to be part of a company whereby work/life balance is strongly encouraged too.

Pros

The senior leadership team has done an incredible job improving work life balance, which has made employees happier and more productive. An enormous amount of thought, consultation and effort has gone into improving diversity and inclusion. Employees are listened to and treated with dignity and respect. Standards remain high and opportunities are abundant for projects that enhance current roles and build skills for promotions.

Cons

Some competitors pay higher base salaries, but Fastmarkets’ bonuses and benefits make up for that in the long term.
