-There are no bonuses, there are no raises
-They will shuffle your role at least twice, and one of those times will be a title demotion
-Management is horrible; unless you're sucking up constantly to the UK, you will be a nameless peon of the Future mass
-People were hired and fired, constantly. Lay offs of veteran Future workers happened every few months as well, and now there's probably only a handful of people there who've stayed 5 years or longer so don't expect to make this a long term career if you somehow decide to work there
-Management puts inexperienced people in charge who only want to further their own careers at the expense of their peers below them
-HR was great, then they fired the US HR team, then fired the one person later; HR is in the UK and not helpful at all
-There's a huge disconnect between the US and UK but neither office has it better than the other; management across the board is horrendous and there is very little transparency
-The CEO doesn't know anyone beyond her bubble in the UK
-The US team is now a skeleton office of about 15 people or less.
