      Unlimited paid holiday CMS is easy to use

      3 days a week in the office is so, so unnecessary and I cannot stress this enough. With the cost of living crisis this makes it so much more painful having to pay to get the train in. My particular job role requires a lot of concentration and working in the office is so distracting and unproductive. Working from home is great and I really don't understand why people who want to WFH can't just do it as much as they like, especially if it's more productive. The CEO pretends it's to do with the 'culture' when really it's a way to justify renting the overpriced offices. All I hear in the office is people saying how stressed they are and how annoying it is having to come in. Please do something about this, it could be a good place to work if there was more flexiblilty.

Thank you for your feedback on working from home, we know it is difficult adjusting after we have all been working from home throughout the pandemic, however we truly believe that collaboration is key for our organisation to succeed, and working together in-person is a big part of that. We never want our employees to struggle financially which is why during the pandemic we set up a hardship fund that paid out over £35,000 to our colleagues.       absolutely none whatsoever to be completely honest

      this is by far the worst company I've ever worked for. HORRIBLE micromanaging and upper management. Not one single person has a clue what they're doing. They are a total and complete mess from the very second you start onboarding. If you receive an offer from this company, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!!!!!!!! I wish I didn't...
