Constant rounds of redundancies Company seems obsessed with replacing experienced staff with graduates Nigh on impossible to get promoted unless you work in sales or are in the "higher management clique". Terrible salaries in most departments, huge discrepancies in salary within teams leading to low morale and resentment. Most departments are understaffed leading to high stress and burnout. Most managers are there for the money but don't actually want to manage people - poor performance often goes unchallenged and becomes a burden to the remaining team members.

Lack of communication between teams or even within teams Poor salary No career progression Management did not care about staff so when people left the team new staff weren’t hired, instead their work was distributed amongst those who remained Month end takes 3 weeks to complete so leaves no time to improve processes so everything is a mess When new brands are acquired (which is often), their finance processes are not integrated or communicated properly down the chain so things get lost easily
