Company benefits below industry standard Priorities completely wrong - CEO gets gigantic bonus, but poor benefits and constantly looking for redundancies Micro-management & slow moving - all decisions come from CEO Rough company culture & no values due to constant acquisitions

Pros

There are none. They came in ripped up all the hard work we had done and put in an inferior system. Everyone that is employed there is looking elsewhere for work.

Cons

The pay. The management. The laughable contracts.

Change is hard, and Future has changed A LOT in the last two years. Those changes impacted everything, and hopefully for the better over time, but nobody gets everything right every time the first time. Feedback is how we improve, and unfortunately you felt it was more appropriate for you to leave than to be a part of the more positive change. But I can assure you, most of your colleagues are not looking elsewhere for work. And we haven't ripped up anything. You're upset, which is understandable, and I hope you're able to find somewhere that makes you happy.

Talented, passionate, collaborative colleagues across editorial teams

Cons

Senior management communications atrocious prior to, throughout and post acquisition; unrealistic expectations on impact of acquisition and redundancies; redundancy process abysmal - no respect for brand's past nor the contribution of the editorial team; not enough consultation on role and responsibility changes; under-appreciated from start to finish; gimmicky values, full of clichés that don't mean anything.
