      - Management is focused on supporting you, helping you grow within the company - Management opens the floor to employees for ideas/feedback/input at every opportunity - Management is honest with staff about state of the company, its future, its strategy and more - Is quickly transforming into a leading digital publisher in the US - Easy to make an impact and be noticed/commended for it - Achievements big and small are applauded at the company level - Great benefits, 401k match, pre-tax commute benefits

      - Plenty of room to grow - Still in transition, but turning the corner super fast - Communication/collaboration between different global branches needs work, but is improving daily

      Best Place I Have Ever Worked

      I've been an employee of Future US for a combined 10 years. When Future US came calling a few years ago I jumped at the chance to work there again. Why? In my opinion, Future US is the land of opportunity. It is a place you wear many hats. You learn a great deal in a short amount of time. As long as you are a contributor, you are given the freedom to create a "custom" role for yourself. At Future US you are not just a cog in the wheel. You see the impact of your decisions almost immediately. While it has taken Future US several years to transition the business from print to digital, the company now has forward thinking global CEOs who are steering the ship into the next decade with innovative ideas and an aim to be a major player in tech/games. Additionally, small things make a difference at Future. The people are young, innovative, motivated, energetic and kind. The benefits are fantastic. Free transportation and breakfast. Work from home. Great vacation. Fun company outings. etc. I would definitely encourage anyone wanting to round out their resume to work at Future US. It is, by far, the best place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      I would say the best thing about Future US is that people rarely leave. I would also say the worst thing about Future US is that people rarely leave making upward mobility difficult at times. If you are not interested in a "get your hands dirty and wear a ton of hats" role then don't bother to apply!
