They are like a second family

Pros

This is my first full-time job out of college with little experience in the business, but they invested in me & continue to invest in me to teach me how to be successful in this industry. The culture here makes you want to jump out of bed and rush to work because everyone here is so nice. It truly is like a second family, the people that work here genuinely care about you, from your co-workers to the CEO of the company! The company gives you un-capped potential with the ability to grow and achieve your goals. It is hard to find a job that is so great it doesn't even seem like work, but I was luckily enough to find that here.

Cons

I honestly do not have any cons.

A fantastic opportunity for eager and talented staff

Pros

Ink's staff all share the same motivation, talent and eagerness that make the company a true joy to work at. Those who are motivated and eager are noticed and rewarded. The floor has a network of hard working, enthusiastic teams. The working conditions are flexible and supportive, and management are keen to solve issues and develop teams.

Cons

Work can be seen as fast paced and teams are small yet dynamic, deadlines and the publishing industry means working sometimes unusual hours but that isn't new to the publishing industry.

Pros

have to report 15-30 mins earlier everyday for team bonding, might be fun for extroverts. random singing of karaoke during the day. little OT (almost everyone leaves the office between 6 to 6.15pm)

Cons

very fake company with lots of bootlicking and politics. upper management micro manage (records the score) incentive system is so vague (based on the number of points and score which are determined by your manager, instead of being based on sales)

Team interaction, support and communication is the key for us at Ink. Since the Sales roles are incentivised with a clear and transparent commission structure, there are KPIs and targets you have to meet. We communicate this to everyone at the recruitment stage. And, as you would expect, we also monitor this – how else are we going to reward good performance?!
