Low-ball base salaries, extremely toxic work culture, people getting fired within a month of starting work due to poor sales, strictly 830-6 inflexible work hours, fooling consumers (inflight ads does not work people!), morning game time (seriously)? "we are family, we work hard play hard" (RED FLAG). To Simon and senior leadership, please just leave the company or be silent investors. Also, the Ink management is very white (yay for diversity!). So happy Covid made Ink fail.

This place does not see people, they only see money. They will do everything to find out the smallest details about your personal life and then use it against you. Too many times sexists jokes shared (only about women).... It is unbelievable how big amount of bullies is inside this company. Yes you can learn some sales tips(only from the sales people, not management) but if you are not willing to give 100% of your time "you don't want it enough". If you give feedback you will be told off, yet same time they always want to hear feedback (only if it is good....) If you win something simple/honest "thank you" is not enough. You have to sing, dance, write a post to all social media platforms, dance again, then record a video of how thankful you are. They have their favourite ones and most likely they will win everything anyway... You will suffer if you are not willing to lick management a.... You will not get promotions in this company as they don't believe its right. Most of the people leave in bad terms.
