We are delighted you enjoy the free breakfast on a Monday, it is just one of the many perks we are happy to provide our staff! We are sorry you haven’t yet experienced an incentive trip, but as you pointed out, those trips are earned. They are designed to reward great performance and great performers have benefited across all our offices and will continue to do so as we maintain our commitment to offering amazing experiences and memorable trips to salespeople who deliver great results. In the last year alone people from around the business have been on trips to Iceland, Miami, New York, Cuba, Las Vegas, Ibiza, Barbados, Boston, Rome, Singapore, London, New Orleans, Crete and many other amazing destinations. We appreciate your feedback. As we continue to grow, we will take your comments on board and continue our pursuit of success and rewards for all employees!

Pros

If you work very hard you can make a decent living. The magazines are good quality and have good reach.

Cons

They offer very good incentives but often don't deliver when the goals are met. Promotions are not based on merrit, or performance. You must kiss up/brown nose if you want to advance. Your accounts are not protected in any way.

We understand that sales environment is fast paced and that management sometimes may require longer working hours, but that is the business today. Unfortunately, today’s competitive environment does not allow global business to blink even for a second. Commission structure at Ink has been consistent, and clear over the last few years, and it’s paid to employees on a monthly basis, providing the accounts have been settled. Our incentives consists of various financial and non-financial awards, and we aim to take all our teams on incentive trips every quarter. We do that to reward performance and show our appreciation, and not because we expect our employees to be grateful or in debt to a company.
