Pros

good commission structure good location and workplace

Cons

Very badly managed from the very top seniors. Too much politics involved from the seniors of this company. I was literally brought into the office of one of the top seniors and been sworn at and tried to be humiliated just for attempting to get a sales deal done in a way that he did not see fit (out of script - they do give you a script to work with, "roleplay"). Be careful if you do not follow that script word by word, you will be chopped off That same director claims to be the "mastermind and master manipulator" and by me going my own away, away from script to try and close a sales deal, I'm "trying to manipulate" him - and therefore won't work as he is the "master at it"

"Thanks" for the review. Sounds like we need to have a look at things again. If you have any ideas on how to improve Salesforce or to help us recruit in way that truly reflect the society that we live in - we are all about that. Please get back in touch anonymously if you wish. As for the AC ... we will improve that too!

Pros

Ink was my first job straight out of college and it truly had its perks while I was there. Upper management is very helpful in pursuit of understanding your "why" in life and designing a plan on how to get there every step of the way. With proper preparation and your own self-motivation, you have the potential to earn lots of cash, and win some fun incentive trips while doing so, too! I was able to go on 4 all-expenses-paid trips in nearly 2 years on the job. Financially, you can be in your 20s and easily earn six figures working at Ink. The base salary and commission structure make your earnings uncapped, so the harder you work = the more $$$ you'll have. If you look around the office, you'll see examples of this in many faces on the sales floor. If you're at Ink long enough, you'll have witnessed people whose lives have changed significantly while working there, all for the best! I've seen proposals, people moving into new homes, buying real-estate, new luxury cars, traveling to exotic places, and more... I, myself, experienced these changes. It is real! Ink prides itself on having a unique, family-oriented culture, and they really do. They care about your wellbeing, your personal life (away from work), and your happiness! This is hard to find in many other corporations. You can and will make some true friends here if you wish. You will get LOTS of free food (and alcohol, occasionally)! Breakfast every Monday morning with the works, birthday celebrations once a month featuring delicious cakes you'll want to break your diet for, and company celebrations at Miami Beach restaurants serving everything on the menu. Don't know about you, but this was a plus for me! Office is in a great location (Coral Gables). Working in Douglas Entrance, you get parking just below Ink's office and a gym membership if you'd like. All in all, go for it! You shouldn't base your career decisions off a Glassdoor Review, but if you are, then base it off this one!

Cons

Gaining weight (all that free food) Music selection, sometimes? *winks* All jokes aside, I don't see any cons here... I guess, if you don't like to work hard, then this may not be for you. Sales roles call for excellent work ethic and drive no matter the circumstance, so keep that in mind!

Thank you for the review - but sorry for the waistline! Why don't you join us on the annual charity walk ? The past two years we have sent 10 people teams to walk two Marathons across the Sahara! That has to help fight the cakes!? (db)
