Ink Response

Ink has always invested in training and personal development. We have increased our team in the past six months and we have seen an even greater performance across our sales floor. Please be clear: the sales commission structure has been set and clear for many years. We also offer additional motivators and rewards to sales staff based on performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Sales commissions are linked to corporate goals and as markets change we have to address in tandem. Managers serve as a guidance to teams, and are here to help you achieve your own goals as well as company’s goals. Regarding our promotion policies, we have numerous success stories to share with everyone. It might seem illusory, but we are more interested in people’s personalities and outlook on life than we are in their past experience. This is a key differentiation point at Ink. Yes, it’s possible to be promoted quickly and achieve amazing things if you work hard and show responsibility, eagerness and have a passion to succeed. Please see our colleague’s success stories in our brochure: https://ink-global.com/careers/recruitment-guide

Pros

You have the opportunity to change your life. When I first joined INK I just moved to London after finishing university and had no proper job before. Now I am taking a new step in my career every day and earn more money as I would have ever imagined. My life with INK is an ongoing adventure.

Cons

Of course: Pressure, Stress, Deadlines and Targets - that's sales.

Pros

I only worked there for four months, due to a change in my personal circumstances I had to leave. I can only say I enjoyed my time very much there, the people are very friendly and the managers are fair. Of course this is sales, so there is pressure (and so it should), but you are provided with enough resources to cope. There's also a lot of fun outside working hours. This is a fantastic place to make a lot of money (for good sales people) and to have fun in the way.

Cons

Can't really think of any, like I said, if you are a good sales person, you really have the potential to shine.
