Ink Response

The training, coaching and support that new and existing salespeople receive at Ink is truly inspirational. You will be greatly challenged to find any other company of this size that invests so much and so consistently in its people. Ink’s powerful motto is to ‘leave people in a better place than when you found them’ – and as the in-house sales trainer and coach this is my main role – along with the excellent and dedicated management team. /Allen

Pros

The guys here give you a great opportunity to see the world. With this company, I had the chance to travel to amazing places for both pleasure and professional reasons. I was given a lot of trust to make my own decisions and I earned plenty of good money in the process. I worked in the sales department and it is without doubt the best rewarded department in the company. Fun things to do during the day such as competitions and occasional games plus energy sessions in the morning. I also learned and developed my talents rather a lot. Lots of talented people here. Drink up the information they share like mana from heaven. Plenty of time spent on improvement to make people both

Cons

The likelihood is that if you need to check Glassdoor for a review on any sales role you are not a confident sales-person or worthy reader of people. If you are not a talented sales-person (closely related to confidence) you will not last, and nor should you. Your job is to sell today, not idle around on the phone and "promise tomorrow". In order to sell and make your fortune requires hard work so its not easy street here; don't expect it to have it all drop in your lap. I'm assuming you got this far as you want to work here? Milk it for all you can and be a hero. Obviously I cannot say much for other departments, but they all seem pretty happy to me.
