I encountered significant challenges during my tenure at Ink Global, which I believe potential employees should be aware of. Transparency issues were prevalent, with instances where the accuracy of data reported to clients was questionable. This included discrepancies in the sources of data used for campaigns, which raises ethical concerns. The company culture often felt unsupportive, and the management style could be overly authoritative, affecting morale. Work-life balance was hard to achieve, with implicit expectations to work beyond standard hours, leading to a pressured environment. Moreover, the workplace environment sometimes harbored inappropriate behavior that could be interpreted as racially insensitive or bullying, contributing to a discomforting atmosphere for some employees. Specific actions by individuals in leadership positions seemed to exacerbate turnover rates without adequate internal reflection or resolution. Concerns about fairness in compensation, particularly regarding commissions, were also an issue, necessitating vigilance to ensure accurate payment for work done. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for improvement, fostering a more transparent, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
