      I am 38 years old with experience of working for different sectors and organisations. With my baggage of good and bad things with experience of being used, ripped I didn’t think that it is possible to join Family. Ink it’s not just something that you use to share your thoughts – Ink its substance that rewriting your life. And you are not left on your own to learn to swim in a big ocean but you are supported from first steps and you are developing and growing shoulder to shoulder with your colleagues, your manager, your bosses. You are getting support not only at working moments but in personal life as you are important, you are needed. I don’t work for Ink, I LIVE INK

      Pros

      Lovely workplace environment, have met some amazing people who are hard-working, driven and motivational yet down-to-earth. The company really looks after it's employees and I look forward to many more happy years at Ink.

      Cons

      Air-con system in the building was poorly installed and needs to be constantly turned on and off

      We have called the AC people again and again... its seems that the building designers/owners failed to spend enough money on the system to adapt to the (ever changing) English weather.

      In my five years working at Ink, the company has supported me through significant career development, provided a happy and stable environment to work every day and provided me with endless once in a lifetime experiences all over the world. The company is passionate about travel - with most employees regularly conducting trips - and also about pushing people to achieve their goals - whether professional or personal ones. All in all, my experiences here have been very positive - hence why I've stuck around for so long!
